Why is this more expensive than a company profile from a design agency?
Because a design agency gives you a brochure. We give you a compliance document engineered to pass technical evaluation committees. The price reflects 20 years of MEP engineering expertise applied to your documentation, not graphic design hours.
Can I skip the Readiness Check and go straight to a Profile?
You can request a direct quote. But we strongly recommend the diagnostic first. It takes 48 hours, costs AED 999 (credited back anyway), and ensures we scope the profile correctly based on your actual compliance status — not assumptions. Skipping the diagnostic is like starting construction without a site survey.
What if I only need a website, not a profile?
We can discuss standalone website projects. However, contractors who build the website without a proper pre-qualification profile are building on a weak foundation. The website displays your capabilities — but if those capabilities aren’t structured for evaluators, the site becomes a liability rather than an asset.
Are these prices negotiable?
No. But the credit mechanic means you’re never paying twice for the same value. The Readiness Check credits toward the Profile. The Profile credits toward the Website. Your total investment is lower than it appears on any single line item.
How does billing work?
Readiness Check: Paid in full before we begin. Profile: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Website: 40% upfront, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch. Retainer: Quarterly billing in advance (AED 7,500 per quarter).
What currency do you invoice in?
AED only. All prices are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT where applicable.
Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
